Promotion and all incentives available solely in connection with the purchase on select Quick Move-In homes (see a Meritage sales counselor for information about qualifying homes) that meet all of the following qualifications: (a) the new home purchase agreement for such home is entered into by buyer and accepted by Meritage Homes communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area between September 1, 2023, and September 10, 2023; and (b) the home purchase closes on or before November 22, 2023. Wyndham Ridge community is excluded from this promotion. Buyer will receive $10K which must be used towards closing costs; and an additional $10K in Flex Cash which may be used for (a) additional closing costs; (b) price reductions; or (c) rate buydown. Closing Costs promotion is in the form of a credit equal and applicable to customary closing costs (title policy, escrow agent fees and costs, and loan origination fees).
