More Reasons to Move. More Ways to Save.

It’s simple. The experience in buying anything, especially a home, comes down to customer service. The Meritage people were beyond reproach. Their pleasantries, intellect, and work ethic were beyond reproach. An absolute pleasure! I won’t hesitate to buy a Meritage home if I get the chance again.

Growing up in a small town, I always dreamt of owning my own home. After years of hard work and saving, I finally achieved that dream with the help of Meritage Homes. From the moment I walked into their sales office, I knew I was in good hands. The process was smooth, and their team guided me every step of the way. Now, as I sit in the comfort of my new home, I'm filled with gratitude for this milestone in my life. Thank you, Meritage Homes, for making my dream a reality.

I bought my house over the internet looking at the video and to be honest I was not 100% sure about all the things but to my surprise, the house was exactly the way it was explained it to me. [The Meritage team] was extremely helpful with explaining all the do’s and don’ts for the house. [They] also helped to take care of some minor stuff swiftly. Always kept good communication and are always keeping tabs of the jobs that were scheduled to be done.

As an agent, I'm always looking for builders who truly prioritize value, transparency, and thoughtful design—and Meritage Homes checks every box. From their energy-efficient features and included solar to their 'Everything's Included' approach, Meritage takes guesswork (and hidden costs!) out of [the] new-build process. Their homes are not only beautifully designed but also incredibly functional for modern families. [I] love referring clients to Meritage because [I] know they're in good hands. [This is a] builder that delivers quality, integrity, [and an] effortless buying experience every step [of the] way.
