Houston Inside Out Agents

Promotions valid only in connection with new home purchase agreements for to-be-built homes in Meritage Homes select communities in the Houston area that are entered into by buyer and accepted by Meritage Homes between May 1, 2018 and June 30, 2018. 
• Free Outdoor Living. Buyer receives free Outdoor Living Option, which varies based on the model as shown on the applicable floorplan. Promotion excludes the following communities where Outdoor Living Option is standard: Stillwater Cove, Katy Pointe, and Miramesa – Reserve. 
• Commission. Agent will receive up to 5% commission only in connection with a new home purchase agreement on to-be-built homes in the Aliana, Creekside Farms, Elyson, Fieldstone, Harvest Green, Imperial, Massey Lakes Estates, Meyerland, Miramesa, Preserve at Miramar Lake, Riverstone North, Riverstone Ranch, Sawmill Ranch, Shadowdale, Sienna, Silver Ranch, Stillwater Cove, Stone Creek Estates, Talavera, Treeline North, Waters Edge, Wildwood, Westlake, and Woodson's Reserve communities in Houston, Texas. Agent/Broker must be a legal resident of the United States who is a licensed real estate agent/broker in the State of Texas and must accompany buyer(s) on first sales office visit.  All commissions will be paid at time of closing.  
Promotion incentives applicable solely upon closing and buyer’s compliance with all terms and conditions of qualifying contract. Promotions must be mentioned at time of contract and are not valid on contract re-writes, transfers, or for buyers who have had a previous contract with Meritage Homes entity cancelled for any reason. Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion or incentives unless approved by Meritage Homes management.
